RETURN POLICY
PLEASE NOTE! If a customer does not collect their package from the post office or delivery point, a fee of €9.00 (incl. VAT 25.5%) will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
According to Finnish consumer protection law, customers have the right to cancel their order or part of it within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product. Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition.
Hygiene products cannot be exchanged or returned once the packaging has been opened, as the products can no longer be resold. Hygiene products include, for example, kinesiology tapes (inner plastic wrapping), suction cups, brushes, etc. Products classified as hygiene items will be clearly stated separately.
We do not compensate for products damaged due to careless or improper handling.
If a customer wishes to return a product, they must always first contact the seller by email at [email protected] to arrange the return process. Unless otherwise agreed with the seller, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must send the products back via post or another delivery service.
The right of return does not apply to digital materials (online courses, PDF files, e-books).
Refunds will always be issued using the original payment method.
COMPLAINTS
If you notice that products are missing or damaged during shipping when opening your package, please contact us immediately, no later than eight (8) days after receiving the shipment.

To process a complaint, we require a photo and description of the damaged product.
Please note that Faceimage is not responsible for missing or damaged products if the customer has not submitted a complaint in the manner described above.

Payment Service Provider
The payment mediation service and payment service provider is provided by Paytrail Oyj in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj operates under a payment institution license.
In case of complaints, we kindly ask customers to first contact the supplier of the product.

Jousto Invoice & Installment Payment
Jousto Invoice and Installment Payment is a Finnish service that allows you to shop quickly and securely. Jousto is intended for private individuals who have managed their finances responsibly.
With Jousto, you receive 30 days of interest-free payment time. A billing fee of €2.90 will be added to the purchase. After receiving the invoice, you can choose whether to pay it in full or in installments.
With installment payments, purchases can be paid in up to 36 installments starting from €9.90/month. The costs for Jousto installment payments are €3.90/month with an annual interest rate of 19.90%. Purchases between €30–3000 can be paid using Jousto.
Shopping with Jousto is secure. During your first purchase, strong electronic identification is required. Returning customers can identify themselves easily using a one-time code sent to their phone. A real-time automated credit decision is made with every purchase. All payment transactions and data transfers are processed through secure connections. Invoices are delivered by email.
